1 General Information & Definitions

3 Deposits & Payments

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits at TJ Baji: Mobile Banking, Nagad, and selected bank transfers.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• There are no hidden processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge separate fees.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 2 to 10 minutes.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from TJ Baji:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Odds changes in Sports Betting are entirely subject to market conditions.
• If your connection drops during live betting, your last confirmed bet will remain valid.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Closure and Suspension

TJ Baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Failure to verify account identity or provision of false information.
• Evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraud.
• At the member's own request.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.

You may close your account at any time. Please ensure you withdraw your balance before doing so. Bonus balances remaining in a closed account will not be refunded.
